1. Be prepared.准备充分Don't go into the review expecting your manager to lay out everything for you. Have a list of things you want to talk about, anticipate what specific aspects of your job will be a topic of conversation, and prepare answers to any potentially tough questions you think may come your way. But be confident about the things you have done and be able to explain why and how you did them.别指望考核时经理会为你准备好一切。列下你想说的话题，工作中哪方面会成为考核的一部分，并且为可能问到的难题准备好答案。但是对你完成的工作要自信，并且要准备好回答你是为何、又是怎样完成这件事的。
