Now, let's notion about the minimum viable product. A lot of people talk about it but I find the tremendous men that confusion about the topic.今天咱们来聊聊基本产品。这个话题谈得很多，但谈到点子上的很少。There is a lot of different ways to interpret that. To me, it's one of the most important concept involve in all of software. Our job ,the way I will define the minimum viable product and the way I define with the team I work with it's the smallest Possible product that really needs 3 criteria.大家对基本产品的理解各不相同。我认为基本产品是所有的软件产品的核心概念。通常鉴别基本产品的方法是看它是否满足以下3个条件：First, users will choose to buy it ,so it's actually the hardest and most they will choose to buy it , will choose to use it.第一，用户会愿意购买该产品 这点最重要，也最难达到。Second, assuming they want to use it, they can figure out how to use it.第二，用户明白怎么使用产品不会纠结于“怎么用”的问题。And third, assuming that they wana use it , and they can figure out how to use it, you can actually build it and deliver it when you need it.第三，你有能力把产品开发出来。Sure for that ,that's the smallest possible product which valuable ,useable and feasible. Now, it's not enough just have our opinion that this is the minimum viable product. Our job is actually get evidence that we have minimum viable product.We generally do that with prototypes and user testing.也就是说，基本产品要满足有价值、可用、可行的基本条件，但是要100%确定咱的“娃”是基本产品，还需要来个“DNA”级的鉴定——产品原型和用户测试。User prototypes and live data prototypes and face to face user testing, and sprint testing for the different kinds of prototypes. That's how we collect the evidences to actually know we have certainty on minimum viable product.例如用户原型测试、实时数据原型测试、面对面的用户测试、迭代测试。经历过这番“DNA”鉴定后 就能确定它是如假包换的基本产品了。I don't confuse minimum viable product with minimum product(with necessary functionality). Minimum product is basically speaks to the smallest functional or utilitarian product The problem with that (is) a lot of people call that just must have features. The problem with that is people typically don't buy it.基本产品和最小化产品是有区别的，最小化产品通常是指只具备基本功能的产品，缺少可用性和外观设计。用户不会购买半成品 。They might be able to use it ,but they are not motivated to buy it or choose to use it.他们可能会试用，但绝不会掏钱购买。
