Because it wasn't just right. And when they fall in love, they start, let's just say, "love is blind". And you start ignoring the reality, ignoring the feedback, which is really detrimental to the product team.此外,产品的缔造者免不了对自己的创意一见钟情,欲罢不能。正所谓“爱情使人盲目” 一旦产品缔造者爱上自己的设计,往往就容易忽略现实情况,忽略用户真实的反馈。这对一个产品团队而言是很不利的。So I argue that they need to get their product ideas in front of users in no more than two weeks.所以我觉得,产品设计者应该在两周之内把自己的产品创意呈现给用户。In general, I'm a peak advocate of high-fidelity prototypes, either user prototypes, or live-data prototypes. And I believe that's our best way to learn quickly.这里我推荐你使用“高保真原型”。具体是“用户原型”或者“真实数据原型”都无所谓。这方法也能最快检验出你的产品是否靠得住。However, that said, if they're not ready and two weeks are up, I'm an advocate of take whatever you have, whether it's a paper prototype or a balsamiq prototype and put it in front of users.但是如果设计者实在没有准备好 ,而两周的大限将至,怎么办呢?我的建议是,无论你目前手头上有什么 ,原型草图也好,Balsamiq做的原型也成,都可以勇敢地曝光给用户。The value of the learning early will more than offset the limitations of the lower-fidelity prototype. This is a critical skill for our product teams and just getting comfortable putting your ideas out quickly.原型保真度可能不高,但尽早收获真实的反馈数据才是王道。克服心理障碍,尽早把创意展示给用户,这是产品团队的一项重要技能。
