1. his sort/your sort（他/你那号人）

记得大学里那会经常有人说好要请大家去打打牙祭啥的，可是有些时候那人就说了下，就不了了之。于是在我们就在那里窃窃私语的时候，被那人“偷听”到，就顶了偶们一句：“她怎么知道我会变卦？我可不是她那号人，整天喜怒无常的，说变就变。”

在英语中，“他那号人”或“你那号人”的说法都可用his sort或your sort来表示。

这句表达就是：How could she think I would go back on my words? I am not her sort, who is fickle and always blowing hot and cold.

这里还有一个成语——blow hot and cold（喜怒无常）

不过应该注意的是，英语中的sort跟我们中文“那号人”一样，在修饰人的时候带有贬义，所以平时还是不要轻易用它。但是，你要捍卫自己的尊严时，就可以放心用它了。I am not your sort.（我可不是你那号人物。）

2. the sky's the limit（天空是你的界限，也就是前途无量）

Means: there is no limit, the possibilities are endless.没有限制，一切皆有可能。

For people who work hard at this company, the sky's the limit.在这家公司努力工作的人会前途无量。

You could be a millionaire. The sky's the limit.你有可能成为百万富翁，前途无量。

我们除了可以用它来祝愿别人前途无量，也可以用在消费的时候，表示“随便买东西，不用考虑钱”。
