高考日期用英语可以解释为 "the date of the college entrance examination"。例如，如果高考在6月7日进行，那么可以翻译为 "the date of the college entrance examination is June 7th" 或 "the college entrance examination is on June 7th"。

或 "June"，但在口语中，通常会说 "the first of June" 或 "June first" 等。

因此，如果高考日期是6月27日，用英语可以表达为 "the date of the college entrance examination is June 27th" 或 "the college entrance examination is on June 27th"。
